Q: What is included?
A: Live answering of all your incoming phone calls, 24 hours a day / seven days a week. The package rate includes 80 minutes of message taking a month. Messages are emailed to you. Each additional message is US$1. |
Q: Can the receptionist give callers my fax, address, or my email address?
A: Sure. As a standard they will give callers your address and fax numbers. If you would like us to give any additional information out to callers, such as email, website or cell phone numbers, please let us know and we will keep it on file. |
Q: When are messages emailed?
A: Messages are emailed during normal New York business hours. Any messages received after hours are forwarded on the following business morning. |
Q: Will a live person answer the phone or is it a machine? A: A live person will answer your calls 24 hours a day / seven days a week. |
